Our Mission:

Homeless Services Inc. is dedicated to empowering individuals experiencing homelessness in Delaware by providing comprehensive, compassionate support. Through accessible shelter, nutritious food, essential clothing, practical gift cards,we break down barriers and foster self-sufficiency, helping those in need rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.


Future Services coming:  We act as a cosigner/guarantor on lease applications for individuals who don’t meet standard landlord credit or background checks. By guaranteeing leases, we reduce landlord risk, enabling relaxed verification standards and helping more people secure permanent housing.

Future Plans are for Co-signing services on lease applicants with low credit scores. Pending Funding

Temporary Shelter

Our temporary housing services ensure that individuals and families have a safe place to stay while transitioning to permanent housing.

Essential Resources

We offer food, clothing, and gift cards to assist those experiencing hardship and homelessness.
